Upon successful payment, the GoLivMo system will automatically send a Purchase Notification via Email.
If you have not received a Purchase Notification, it is usually due to one of 2 reasons:
1. Payment was not successful: You are required to enter all payment details correctly and to pass all security protocols in place. This is for your safety to prevent any fraud. You will see a visual confirmation upon successful payment.
2. High Traffic Site Purchase: Typically, the Purchase Notification should take no more than 1 - 5 Minutes. Should there be a high-traffic purchase instance, the system might take slightly longer to process and send your purchase notification. We thank you for your understanding.
